High-Throughput GoMiner's input files are similar to those used in GUI GoMiner. This page includes several example files configured to be used through both the web interface and the command-line interface.
The following sample input files are in the High-Throughput GoMiner paper, and can be used on their own to explore the tool. The command-line examples may require editing the configuration file with the details of your local installation environment.

Also included as part of this example is the output file that we generated from these data files.
We have also provided an example that makes use of GoMiner's synonym lookup feature. This is a yeast data set that is annotated using the ORF notation.
